We recommend that prior to each new season of lets, that your property has a full intensive spring clean which is important to maintain the high standards. We would also suggest that on taking on your property for the first time, that a spring clean is carried out prior to your next / first booking, enabling us to get things up to standard from the beginning.
If your property is left empty for 7 days or longer and there is a new guest due in, a check & refresh service can be carried out. Also if you have had tradesmen in during this time we also clean up any mess/debris if left behind.
For properties newly appointed as holiday lets, or recently converted from other use, we can clean and set up the property at the beginning of a letting period, in preparation for your first guests
Out of season we can conduct regular scheduled property checks, or we can check your property as and when required. Your holiday let insurance policy may require that your property is regularly checked during void periods in order to validate any potential claim.
Every holiday home is unique, our changeover fees are calculated therefore, on size, type of furnishings, your requirements, frequency of use and the time it will take to do a thorough clean
